The apartment features a living room with a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. For your comfort, there is a TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A cot and high chair are also available for little ones. Enjoy the private balcony, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The building has an elevator for added convenience. Please note that Wi-Fi is not available. Public transport links are within walking distance, and free street parking is available. House rules: Only guests included in the reservation are allowed. Up to 2 pets are welcome, provided they do not get on the beds or sofa. Smoking is not permitted inside. Parties and events are not allowed. Self check-in is available for greater flexibility.
